2. Booking & Payments

• All bookings can be made via phone or email.

• Payments must be made as agreed (cash, transfer, or digital payment).

• Full or partial advance payments may be requested for certain services.

3. Service Warranty

• Limited warranty may apply to certain repair services, subject to discussion at the time of service.

• Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, or external factors.

4. Liability

• While we ensure high-quality service, Bluekite Enterprise is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or consequential issues beyond the agreed repair or service scope.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Bookings can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the service status and agreement.

6. Use of Website & Content

• Any content, images, or materials on our website belong to Bluekite Enterprise and cannot be copied, distributed, or modified without prior permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
